We manufacture office storage for companies and government entities: filing cabinets, mobile pedestals, personal lockers, archive shelving and storage integrated with workstations, sized to your space, made in Jeddah and installed across Saudi Arabia.
Storage & filing
Offices without enough storage get cluttered fast: files on desks, boxes in corridors and personal items everywhere. Well-designed office storage units do more than hold documents; they use dead space, separate zones and keep the office looking tidy in front of clients.
At Elite Premier we calculate each department’s need for personal storage, shared storage and archives, then design and manufacture the units in our Jeddah factory in the same finishes as your workstations so the office looks consistent.
If you are equipping a public-sector office, see government office furniture, and for a full list of what a new office needs read our office furniture checklist.
Types
Tall and mid-height cabinets with hinged or sliding doors and locks for daily documents.
Lockable drawer units on castors under each desk for personal storage.
For shared desks and hybrid work, giving each employee a secure place for belongings.
Open and closed shelving to organise archives by department and year.
Low cabinets that separate workstation clusters and add a usable top surface.
Comparison
Splitting storage into personal, shared and archive helps define quantities accurately.
| Storage type | Use | Suggested location |
|---|---|---|
| Mobile pedestals | Everyday personal items | Under each workstation |
| Personal lockers | Shared desks and hybrid work | Near entrances or breakout areas |
| Filing cabinets | Active department documents | Inside the department or between desks |
| Archive shelving | Old records and files | Archive room |
| Executive storage | Manager files and display | Management offices |

Results
No files on desks and no boxes in corridors.
Every document has a known place.
Locks for sensitive and confidential files.
Units fill dead space and divide zones.
The most accurate way to estimate need is to count linear metres of files per department and add a growth margin. This avoids buying too many cabinets or discovering a shortage after installation.
Documents used daily stay inside the department, close to staff; older records move to an archive room with high-density shelving.
Many companies are gradually reducing paper, so we design some units to be converted later into lockers or display units.
Tall cabinets must be fixed to the wall, and drawer units should have an anti-tilt mechanism that prevents more than one drawer opening at a time.
HR and finance files need reliable locks; central or digital locks can be used depending on sensitivity.
Using the same finishes as workstations and partitions makes the office look designed as one. See the materials guide.
