We design and manufacture furniture for clinics, polyclinics, dental and aesthetic centres: reception counters, waiting areas, doctor offices and storage, in easy-to-clean materials that build patient confidence.
Clinic fit-out
The first thing a patient sees is the reception and waiting area, and that is where their impression of the whole centre is formed. That is why we treat clinic furniture as part of the patient experience, not just functional pieces. We design and manufacture in our Jeddah factory to the real dimensions of your space, using materials that withstand frequent cleaning with disinfectants.
Our medical centre furniture scope covers joinery, counters, storage, waiting seating and desks for doctors and administrators. Specialist medical equipment and examination beds are supplied by medical vendors; we design the furniture around them so it fits circulation routes and operating requirements.
We work with private clinics, polyclinics, dental, dermatology and aesthetic centres, laboratories and hospital administration offices. Combine it with our office design service for a complete space design.
What we make
Each area of a medical centre has different needs.
Two-level counters for patient and staff, with space for devices and printers.
Single and beam seating in stain-resistant, wipe-clean faux leather.
Practical consultation desks with room for a computer and seats for patient and companion.
Lockable cabinets for supplies and files with custom interiors.
Side units and instrument drawers with surfaces resistant to mild chemicals.
Materials
Goal: non-porous, wipe-clean surfaces that tolerate disinfectants without fading.
| Item | Suitable material | Note |
|---|---|---|
| Counter tops | Solid surface or HPL | Minimal visible joints for easier cleaning |
| Carcasses | Moisture-resistant MDF with HPL laminate | Handles humidity and daily cleaning |
| Waiting seats | Medical-grade faux leather or PU | Wipes clean and does not absorb liquids |
| Edges and corners | Rounded corners and thick PVC edging | Fewer injuries and less dirt build-up |
| Handles and hardware | Coated metal or stainless steel | Withstands frequent touching and disinfection |
Materials are chosen with the centre’s management and its infection-control requirements.
Design considerations
Separating patient and staff routes where possible, with space for wheelchairs.
Counters and screens that protect patient privacy during registration and payment.
Suitable heights for elderly and disabled visitors at reception and waiting areas.
Soft palettes that reduce stress and match the centre’s identity.

Made in Jeddah and installed quickly, after hours if needed.
A single-level counter forces patients to lean over or hides the staff screen awkwardly. Use a two-level counter: a raised transaction top for patients, a lower work surface for staff and an accessible low section.
Ordinary fabric absorbs liquids and holds stains and odours. In waiting areas use medical-grade faux leather or PU that can be wiped with disinfectants without cracking or fading.
Medical supplies and files build up quickly. Without planned storage, boxes end up on the floor and the clinic loses its tidy look. Design closed storage in every consultation room and behind reception.
Patients, wheelchairs and staff must move easily. Leave generous aisles and keep waiting seats out of the path to consultation rooms.
Colour affects how patients feel. Warm, calm tones and natural wood reduce anxiety, while all-white interiors can feel clinical. Bring in the centre’s identity with measured accents.
