We manufacture and supply custom furniture for hotels and serviced apartments: guest rooms, lobbies, restaurants and meeting rooms, as a complete FF&E service from design to rooms ready for operation.
Custom hotel furniture
In hospitality, furniture has to do more than look good. It must withstand continuous daily use, be easy to clean and maintain, and express the hotel’s identity in every room. Elite Premier delivers hotel furniture in Saudi Arabia and serviced-apartment fit-outs as one integrated project: casegoods are made to measure in our Jeddah factory, and seating, lighting and accessories are sourced to the same specification.
We work with an FF&E (furniture, fixtures and equipment) methodology that collects every movable item in one schedule with a code, specification, quantity and location. Learn more in our article What are FF&E services?.
The same team furnishes in-hotel restaurants and cafes through our commercial furniture execution service, so rooms and public areas share one design language.

Materials
The right material lowers maintenance costs and extends furniture life in operation.
| Item | Recommended material | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Bedside tables and desks | HPL or natural veneer with PU lacquer | Resists scratches and heat, easy to clean |
| Wardrobes | Moisture-resistant MDF with soft-close hardware | Doors and drawers stay aligned with heavy use |
| Upholstery | High-rub contract fabrics with stain treatment | Withstands frequent cleaning and keeps its colour |
| Legs and bases | Coated metal or solid wood | Handles knocks from cleaning trolleys and luggage |
| Outdoor furniture | Powder-coated aluminium, outdoor rope and UV-resistant fabrics | No rust, handles sun and coastal humidity |
We present a material board so colours and fabrics are approved before production.

Why Elite
We execute the designer’s intent precisely or propose practical manufacturing details that keep the concept.
Casegoods, upholstery, seating and accessories in one FF&E schedule with one point of responsibility.
Contract-grade materials selected for daily hospitality use.
Phased deliveries coordinated with the site contractor to avoid congestion and damage.
Every furnishing decision should answer one question: how will the guest use this space? Where will they put their luggage, work on a laptop or read before sleep? These details shape reviews.
An FF&E schedule lists every item with a code, specification, quantity and location. Without it, items get lost between suppliers and errors repeat. Link it to the drawings and update it with every design change.
Building a full mock-up room before production may look like an extra cost, but it reveals clashes with power, HVAC and dimensions before they are repeated across dozens of rooms. Fixing one room is far cheaper than fixing a hundred.
Residential fabrics do not survive hotel operations. Choose high-rub fabrics with stain treatment, heat- and scratch-resistant surfaces and door and drawer hardware rated for heavy use.
Ask the supplier for a spare-parts list, attic stock of the most used fabrics and surfaces, and a care guide for housekeeping. This keeps rooms looking new for years.

FF&E stands for furniture, fixtures and equipment: managing and supplying every movable item in the hotel, from specifications and quantities to installation and handover.
